The grapes were vinified separately, cold macerationfor Busuioaca for about 36 hours, and for Pinot Noir and Shiraz only afew hours. Alcoholic fermentation at temperature controlled 13-14degrees Celsius, in stainless steel vessels, for a period of 10-15 days.The young wines were kept separately for five months on finefermentation yeast, until the final blend is made.TASTING:Bright rose gold color with irresistible aromas of ripe summer fruitand a pleasant raspberry and strawberry taste, contouredMediterranean citrus of pink grapefruit. The finish is fresh, tonic andexuberant, completes the aromatic picture.SERVE: 7°- 9° Celsius.
